There are so many people in the world who never have the opportunity to pursue the career they love. I’m not one of them. I love what I do and since starting my career in New Zealand, I’m thrilled to say that I’ve learned from so many trained professionals in my field. Our curbs are based on our rigid one-piece solid welded construction. I also design seismic Vibration Isolation Curbs.

I was responsible for maintaining & repairing Co2 Amada lasers. and
programming duties included design and drafting, in 3D using solid works. And nesting with sigma nest. Quote laser parts and we accept any files dxf or Solidworks files. I was involved in Prototyping and one-off custom jobs. Helped in quoting Laser Profiling Jobs, Involved in training of Laser Operators. Oversee Laser safety. Was involved in the process of Fabricating Hybrid Buses for
Dellinger Enterprises and First Production Buses for Design line
International A New Zealand Company that have made the move
to build buses in USA.

Oversee production of shop floor from Laser Dept to press room to weld and quality control. Safety training & carried out laser duties at both shops at Wrico Stamping and DTek in making sure lasers were running made laser repairs on Mazak Lasers and AMADA Vipros Punch. Trained and evaluated employees. Help out in Programming of Lasers and punches.

Program and run CNC Lasers and CNC Punches and layout of flat parts for various commercial kitchen products. Doing welding and layout of custom commercial kitchens, Also trained employees in Charlotte NC plant and then moved to Denver Colorado to Run Laser Punch Combo and training new staff in the setup of CNC lasers & punches, manually create multi-part macro programs, performed laser repairs, and optical alignment, and general punch & laser maintenance.

Later gaining my welding certifications taking a lot of lead roles in onsite and offsite jobs from the oil rigs inland to company shutdowns and oil and Gas related welding Jobs. Before Moving to USA.
